The novelty was born around March 1998, and on August 10 of the same year the community broadcasting system went on the air in its experimental phase, awaiting only the regulation of the service in Areial through Law 9.612\u002F98. It wasn't until December of that year that we started with a program schedule for RCA FM, during which time the headquarters were located in Rua Antonio Barbosa Alves.
